If the headache doesn't improve I m afraid I won't eat very much tonight. I ate lunch at the outpatient program today but for it to mean anything I need to keep eating. Please pray that I will eat well tonight and for healing of the headache and the eating disorder. Thank you.

A thought, but wondering if the headache could be from dehydration?Maybe drink a lot of water,if that is the problem, the headache might ease up.I don't know how your stomach can handle Gatorade, but that has electrolytes in it.
