If GOD be for us, who can be against us

Jonathan_M

Good and Faithful Servant
Dear Family Of God, Today I would like for you to stand with me in faith and prayer over a portion of scripture which I think is applicable to my life right now. 'If God be for us, who can be against us'. These things I ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith, lifting up the powerful truth of Romans 8:31, "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" This verse is a profound declaration of God’s sovereignty, love, and protection over His children. When we meditate on this truth, we are reminded that no matter the trials, opposition, or challenges we face, God’s presence and favor are our ultimate assurance. No force in heaven or on earth can stand against the purposes of the Almighty when He is for us.

Let us pray together in this truth:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and faith, standing on the promise that if You are for us, no one can stand against us. Lord, we thank You for Your unwavering love, Your mighty power, and Your perfect plan for our lives. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, for You are our shield, our refuge, and our strength. Father, we ask that You would fill us with the confidence and peace that comes from knowing You are on our side. Help us to walk in boldness, not in our own strength, but in the power of Your Holy Spirit. When fear or doubt tries to creep in, remind us of Your faithfulness and the truth of Your Word. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we also ask that You would align our hearts with Your will. Help us to trust You completely, even when we cannot see the outcome. Teach us to rest in the assurance that You work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We surrender our plans, our worries, and our futures into Your hands, knowing that You are a good Father who delights in giving good gifts to Your children.

Father, we pray for those who may be facing opposition, persecution, or difficult circumstances. Strengthen them with Your might and fill them with Your peace. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that they are never alone. We declare that no matter what comes against them, Your love and power will prevail.

We also lift up those who may be struggling with doubt or uncertainty about their salvation. Father, we pray that they would come to know You personally, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Draw them to Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, and let them experience the transforming power of Your grace. Help them to understand that salvation is found in no one else, and that believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to eternal life (John 14:6).

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of standing together in prayer and faith. We declare that Your Word is true, and Your promises are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). May we walk in the victory that is already ours through Christ Jesus. In His mighty and precious name we pray, Amen.

Let this truth sink deep into your spirit: God is for you. He is not distant or indifferent; He is actively working on your behalf. When you feel overwhelmed, remember that the same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Jesus from the dead, and turned the hearts of kings is fighting for you. Walk in the confidence of His love and power, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

If you are facing a specific challenge or opposition, we encourage you to stand firm on this promise. Declare it over your life daily, and watch as God moves on your behalf. You are not alone, and with God on your side, victory is assured. Keep your eyes on Him, and let your faith be strengthened as you see Him work in ways you never imagined.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
