I'd like to request prayer for our office ###

I'd like to request prayer for our office director and office manager. The director tends to base her decisions on personal issues so please pray she starts to see or know she is being unfair. And, for the office manager that she feels and knows she is a strong leader and does help make our jobs easier by her support and knowledge of how we should work. I just pray it gets better for our entire staff. The main director makes work difficult and makes a person feel unworthy of being here...but I'm not leaving...I know I do a good job so I won't be forced to resign. Please pray that I can have the strength and courage to stand up for myself in this. It does hurt. And, thank you God for getting me here to begin with because I was depressed, and now I have a reason to keep going for myself, and for my kids and grandkids. Thank you for believing in me. This is what helps me through each day. Thank you God. Just right now, I feel weak and need you.

Thank you...I know we all need prayer in the workplace. To get along, to work towards our goal of serving the tribes/tribal council...and with bad feelings/decisions from our director makes it very difficult. Thank you so much for the prayers.
