I write letters of encouragement to communities who go through natural disasters and tragedies. As of lately its been me and the President who have been communicating back and forth. While that is good it brings me great joy to receive letters from educational leaders, other political leaders, religious leaders and other places.Every day I don't get a letter back I truly get discouraged. Because I've founded this all myself for 5 yrs. I'm running out of funding for this mission and people don't seem understand the fact that I have helped many communities around the world overcome adversity. It seems like the community as a whole doesn't understand the magnitude of my mission and what it has accomplished. I ask for prayer that my mission makes it on the news so I can find work that will save my mission. Secondly I pray for more responses from those I send out letters too. I work hard for my responses. Thank you.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Be their guide and guardian in all their endeavors, lead them in the path of your truth, and draw them nearer to you, that they may lead a godly and righteous life in your love and fear; doing your will in all things. Give them grace that they may be temperate, industrious, diligent, devout and charitable. Defend them against the assaults of the enemy, and grant them wisdom and strength to resist all temptation and corruption of this life; and direct them in the way of salvation, through the merits of your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
