I would like to make a prayer request for a very special lady in my life who is going through a time of transition.
For the past few months, she has struggled with a number of things; a troubled sister, her mother and father facing divorce, a very painful shoulder injury that prompted a somewhat excessive use of alcohol, and her mother's pain medication, a difficult relationship, sporadic and unsatisfying work, and living in a crowded and unhappy house-hold that she volunteered to live in to help out with family issues. She is one of the sweetest and most resilient women I have ever known, and has done her utmost to balance her personal, financial, and her family's needs, and she has just about reached her limit.
I'm sure that no one within the congregation knows who Deb is, but please show your Christian compassion and pray that God prepares a path for her though this difficult time.
