I would like to ask God to forgive me for anything negative I may have said about our X DIL on here. Even though we were hurt very badly 2 years ago by what she did to our son, I don't want to talk badly about anyone as that is not Christ-like.
My husband and I have forgiven her a long time ago even doing things and going places with her and her BF and the kids, but then when what happened came up again 3 1/2 weeks ago after 2 years it brought it all back again and I told her we need time to heal all over again. I'm basically over it again but my husband isn't because we don't know what our son's future will be as I had explained and asked for prayer for him in my other requests.
~ I told my husband we need to show our love still because she is still and always will be our granddaughters mother. Things have been touchy the last 3 weeks so I'm hoping if we see our granddaughter tonight or tomorrow that there will no longer be any tension.
~ I still love my DIL but hate the situation. ~ I've been praying for her a long time now because I do love her but I honestly think I may be the only one, so I would like to ask again for prayer for her salvation, and that she, her BF, and the kids start going to church. I'm concerned about our granddaughter who is only 2 1/2 because her Mom said she is starting to have an attitude, and also has repeated a few swear words, so she really needs to be saved not only for herself but for the kids' sake as well.
