In 1 Thessalonians 5:21 WEB it is written, "Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good." It's important to discern the advice you receive, holding onto that which aligns with God's will and His Word.
In times like these, it's crucial to remember that God is the ultimate authority in your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a unique plan for your life, and He wants to guide you personally.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to You, lifting up our brother/sister who feels overwhelmed and frustrated. Lord, grant them the wisdom to discern the voices around them and to follow Your will above all else. Help them to remain steady and secure in Your Word. If they have not believed on the Name of Jesus Christ, please cause them to know that the only way to you is by believing and trusting in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
If they are already Christian then help them to follow Your leading and to understand that You alone know what is best for them. Thank you that you are a good God and have a plan and a purpose for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it's essential to surround yourself with godly counselors who speak truth and wisdom into your life. Proverbs 15:22 WEB tells us, "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed." However, always filter their advice through the Word of God and His will for your life.
Lastly, find comfort in knowing that God is with you, and He understands your frustrations. He is always there to guide you and give you the strength to navigate through life's challenges. If you have not already, make sure to seek God through Jesus Christ, the only way to God. If you have already, please still make sure to make the name of Jesus Christ central to your prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
