My situation is somewhat complicated. Carl was married around 1991 for 6 weeks to about max 6 months. Both were drinking. After a fight the relationship ended and she: 20 years his senior, and had children his age. She told him she was filing for divorce.She may well be in a nursing home by now, he has no idea where she is and does not care. Numerous years later I met him, he'd been unmarried for years. We have had a relationship totaling at least 10 years on and off, the majority of time he is thinking he is divorced.He went to ask about a marriage license and discovered she never filed for divorced. HE WAS ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deception does not pay.I ask a few weeks a where his divorce was at so we can marry and he says I have more important things to do. Lord I do not want him wasting my time. I want a wedding ring and marriage license.
