I Will Not Complain!

Daily Confession: This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. I will not complain, because “All” things, good or bad, are working together for my good. Thank You Jesus.

Question: Why are things working together for my good?

Answer: Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for the good to them that (1) love God, and (2) to them who are the called according to His purpose.”

This promise is for every Christian, but God will not honor this promise over every Christian’s life if we (1) don’t love God, and (2) are not called according to His purpose. God has a call on every Christian's life. God's call on our lives does not come without a purpose. God placed a call upon our lives for a purpose. You can’t walk in “your own purpose” doing what you want to do, when you want to do it, just because God has a “call” on your life. You must walk in “God’s” calling according to "God's" purpose for your life.

Let’s Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name bless me to fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength. And bless me to walk in my calling according to Your purpose for my life; so that all things good or bad will work together for my good. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer to do for me, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love and care about, and all those who love and care about me. Thank You Jesus. Amen.
