I was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease and have been unable to work for the past month due to my illness. My landlord just told me if I can not come up with $500 by Monday, Dec 10 we will be evicted. I have not been able to get disability or any financial assistance yet and I have no money. If I am not able to come up with the money my 10 year old sister, my mother, and myself will all be out on the streets by Christmas. I have no where to turn. Please pray that I am able to keep my family in their home for Christmas. Thank you all for your time and God Bless.

Just know that worst case scenario and they decide to evict, they HAVE to legally give you 30 days to vacate. That said...

I am praying for your miracle. I am praying that you will seek out help from your home congregation and/or other service. Letting pride go is difficult, i have been there. But God will bless you. I only know that others cannot help you if they do not know that you need help. In Texas, we dial 211 for a directory of non-profits. You clearly have access to the internet, so look up RedCross and/or others. If they can't help, they are sure to direct you to someone who can. Keep praying and keep moving those feet in the process. I know it can be hard not only to ask for help, but to drive around looking for it when you are already broke. Not a SINGLE christmas present under the tree yet for my four kids so when I say I know.....I know. Praying for you and your family. God will provide, trust him.
