I was hired as a warehouse manager by a certain company. From the beginning, the owner's son has been reluctant to hire a second person to help me with all duties regarding the warehouse. More than one time he stood in front of the ones I was supposed to manage and told them to listen to me "not that I would tell them what to do". Huh?- That made it more difficult for me to do my job as a manager.

It is amazing the amount of merchandise that we move out of the warehouse. I only have one helper and the two of us are not enough to do all that is needed to do on an every day basis. The inventory system is flawed but the owner's son doesn't want to do anything about it. This has been going on for almost two years. Now he is blaming me for not not being able to clear the warehouse and for inventory being off.

Almost every day I am left alone without help and by myself I can only do so much. Also, most of the time I have no vehicle to move the merchandise out of the warehouse. This he knows because I have complained about it many times over.

Now he has placed me on a 30 days probation period for something that is not my fault.

His timing is crucial for me, because we are in the process of being approved for a home loan and if the mortgage company finds out the I am on 30 days probation period they might deny me the loan.

My faith is in God and regardless of what the enemy is throwing at me, I will not stop praising, worshiping or trusting the Lord my God. I know He is with me and fore He is whit me, who could be against me, if anything or anyone that raises against me will not prevail. In God is my trust for He is my refuge and he fights my fights.

Please pray that the Lord protects me and gives me victory over this 30 days probation period. I can not afford to lose my job.

In Jesus' mighty and holy name I beg you. Pray for me.
