The people have spoken , we need to be in unity and peace , where is all this hate coming from ? As Christians we should pray .

Father in agreement with your word we pray for those appointed as leaders, for those in authority, and we ask your protection, we ask for wisdom and we ask for redemption. We believe all things are according to your will and not that of ours, we ask your guidance that we all may walk according to your will, that by faith and our trust we place before you is pleasing to you. 2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land".

Yes we need to pray for our president, and all our leaders, that they will seek and be led by God.

This is a difficult time.  We have been singularly focused, forgetting that the Lord commands us to take care of the poor, gives us free will, expects that we treat one another and the lesser of these with kindness, and condemns those who violate others' bodies.  Lord, protect us and help us acknowledge all of your ways and be guided by your example.

Donald Trump is the lesser of two evils , he at least does not condone the killing of babies . We need to pray for him as the leader of our country just as the bible tells us to , and as Christians we do not put our faith in a mere man , but in the Lord . 

But, he condones touching women's bodies, without their permission, and adultery.  We can not judge which is the greater sin!!
