I want to resign from current ### as ###.

Beloved of All
Lord jesus christ, I not able to take pressure due to hotel business very low. My bosses not happy with my performance. And I am not happy working hear. Staff salary delayed, security and housekeeping staff 5 months no salary. Vendors are asking payment. Building no licences. I cannot take it anymore. My staff wrongfully accused stealing. If I resign, I have no job to support my family. Lord Jesus Christ please help me find a job to support my family. Amen

We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this overwhelming season. The weight of financial strain, unjust accusations, and the burden of leadership in a struggling business is heavy, far too heavy to carry alone. You are not forgotten, and the Lord sees every detail of your struggle. We lift your situation before Him now, trusting that He will provide a way where there seems to be no way.

First, we must address the deeper issues at hand. The delays in paying staff, the lack of proper licensing, and the accusations of theft are not just practical problems, they are matters of integrity and justice. Scripture commands us to treat workers fairly: "You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates. You shall give him his wages on the day he earns them, before the sun goes down, for he is poor and counts on it" (Deuteronomy 24:14-15). The withholding of wages and the lack of proper business practices are not pleasing to God. If you are in a position where you are being forced to participate in or overlook these injustices, it is right to seek a way out, not just for your own peace, but for the sake of righteousness.

At the same time, we acknowledge your fear about resigning without another job lined up. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." This does not mean the path will be easy, but it does mean that God will direct your steps if you seek Him first. We encourage you to pray for wisdom in making this decision. Is there a way to transition out of this role with integrity, perhaps by documenting concerns, communicating transparently with your employers, or seeking legal counsel if necessary? Your family’s well-being matters, but so does your witness as a believer in Christ.

We also want to gently but firmly rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers you are trapped. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He does not promise an immediate escape from hardship, but He does promise His presence and provision. Have you considered reaching out to your church or Christian community for support, prayer, or even job leads? The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother who is carrying a weight too heavy for any man to bear alone. Lord, You see the financial strain, the unjust circumstances, and the fear for his family’s future. We ask that You would give him clarity and courage to make the right decisions, not out of fear, but out of faith in You. Provide for his family’s needs, open doors to new opportunities, and surround him with godly counsel. Where there has been injustice, expose the truth and bring restoration. Where there is anxiety, replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind him that his worth is not in his job title or his employer’s approval, but in Christ alone. Strengthen his trust in You, and let him experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." This is not a guarantee of wealth, but it is a promise of God’s provision for those who seek Him. Continue to seek Him first, and trust that He will guide your steps. If you have not already, consider fasting and praying for direction, and ask the Lord to reveal His will for your next steps. You are not alone in this.

It sounds like you are under an unbearable weight right now. The pressure of a struggling business, a boss who is unhappy, staff salaries delayed for months, vendors pressing for payment, and being wrongly accused of stealing, that would make anyone desperate to leave. And yet the thought of resigning with no job to support your family is terrifying. We want you to know we’re standing with you in this, and we take your prayer very seriously.

One thing that has helped others in a similar bind is to step back and list every possible option on paper, not just the two obvious ones of staying or quitting. There might be a third, fourth, or fifth path that emerges. Then weigh each choice against the one thing you named as most urgent: supporting your family. That clear priority can help you make decisions without guilt or panic.

While you’re still employed, it may be wise to quietly but actively begin looking for other work, updating your resume, reaching out to contacts, and even connecting with a Christian employment ministry or a trustworthy person who knows your field. At the same time, given the accusation of theft and the serious financial irregularities at your workplace, consider speaking with someone who can give sound counsel, a labor lawyer, a pastor, or a local Christian counseling center, so you are not navigating the legal and moral risks alone. You do not have to carry all this by yourself.

We also want to gently remind you that carrying this level of ongoing stress is not sustainable for your health or your spirit. It is not a failure to acknowledge that you cannot keep going like this.

Let us pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, you see this heavy load and the fear pressing in. We ask you to make a clear way forward where none seems visible. Protect this person from false accusations and bring the truth to light. Open the right door for a new job that will provide for this family, and in the meantime, sustain them with your peace that goes beyond understanding. Give practical wisdom, wise advisors, and the courage to take one step at a time. In your name we pray. Amen.

You are in deep waters, soul, but the Lord who holds the sea in the hollow of His hand is with you. The pressure is great, the injustice sore, and fear for your family gnaws at your heart. Yet remember Job, who lost all and sat among the ashes, yet sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Guard your tongue, then, and let no murmur escape against the Lord. Your present trial is not a mark of His hatred, but of His refining love.

You speak of leaving this place, and rightly so if the business is built on wrong, unpaid wages, missing licences, false accusation, these things God hates. But make no decision in panic. Wait upon the Lord in prayer. Do not, as Eliphaz falsely charged Job, restrain prayer before God. Pour out your soul. Bring your fright and your need to the throne of grace. And while you plead for yourself, pray even for your bosses, as Job prayed for his offending friends. It was when Job interceded that the Lord turned his captivity.

You fear the future, but faith’s ultimatum is this: “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Should it be according to your mind? Should the Almighty ask your leave to send cloud or sunshine? He is too wise to err, too good to be unkind. Your sorrow shall have an end when God has accomplished His end in you. The night cannot last forever; the sun shall rise with healing in its wings.

Lay hold on Christ afresh. Eat the new corn of the land, drink the new wine of the kingdom. The Gospel is ever fresh, and His mercies are new every morning. He who fed you yesterday will not starve you tomorrow. Commit your way to Him; He will bring forth your righteousness as the light. Go softly, walk uprightly, and wait patiently. The Lord will provide, for He is Jehovah-Jireh still.

Why do you call what is no evil an evil? The only true evil is to sin; this alone we must search to the bottom. You speak of pressure, low business, unhappy masters, delayed wages, accusations, these are heavy to flesh, but they are not the soul's ruin. Why does no one examine why he has sinned? Look within: have you mastered your wrath in this trial? Have you kept your tongue from murmuring? To sin is in your own power, and you must guard that above all. God has not commanded you to be rich or comfortable, but to please Him. If you doubt there is a power superintending the world, you are senseless; if you believe it, then trust that pleasing God is your duty, not escaping every burden.

Do you wish to be cheerful in this affliction? Learn to sing psalms, and you will see the delightfulness of the employment. They who sing psalms are filled with the Holy Spirit, while worldly fretting makes the soul stammer and distorts the inner eyes. Fill your mouth not with complaints but with sacred song, and a divine calm will steady your heart.

Consider the Lord you serve. He was from a poor village, a land producing no good thing, from Nazareth of which men said, "Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?" His first disciples were fishermen, mending broken nets from extreme poverty, work so mean that no father would bring his son into it unless pressed hard. Yet Christ called them from that little lake. He does not despise the poor or the obscure. He sees your anxiety for your family, and He who fed the ravens will not forget yours. But do not think present hardship is the ultimate evil. Even the prosperous man with gold flowing in and no wars to trouble him, if he has not the peace of God, what is his honor? Nothing.

Stay your hand from rash resignation if it would abandon your family to want without provision. Endure for now, seeking another place with honest effort, but while you wait, keep your own soul clear. If men accuse falsely, remember the Master was falsely accused. If vendors press, deal uprightly and leave the rest to God. Examine yourself: have you let anger master you? Have you given way to despair, which is a sin against hope? Master these, and you will find strength. The building lacking licenses is not your fault unless you share in deceit; flee from all dishonesty, even if it costs you. God will make a way where there seems none. Sing, pray, and watch for His deliverance, for He is near to the broken-hearted.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry lands on the ears of the Lord, and He does not turn away from an honest heart. The pressure you are describing is real: a failing business, delayed wages for workers who depend on you, vendors at the door, a building without proper licensing, and now the sharp sting of a false accusation. You feel trapped because walking away seems to leave your family without provision, yet staying is crushing you day by day. That kind of weight reaches down into the deepest parts of a person, just like it did for a man in Scripture who lost his livelihood, his security, and his health, all while his friends kept telling him he must have brought it on himself.

What you are enduring is not necessarily the hand of God punishing you. The book of Job shows us that a person can be upright and still find themselves in the middle of circumstances that make no sense from the outside. Job’s friends were so certain that suffering only comes to the sinner, but they were wrong. God Himself had called Job blameless. So do not let the voice of accusation, whether from your bosses, from the situation, or even from within your own heart, convince you that this is all your fault or that God has abandoned you. He has not.

In the middle of his pain, Job cried out for a mediator, someone who could lay a hand on both God and man and bridge the gap. We know that mediator now: Jesus Christ stands for you. He does not stand against you. He sees the unfairness, the delayed salaries, the license issues, the slander, and your fear for your family. He is not a distant God who hides behind thick clouds; He knows exactly where you are.

You said you cannot take it anymore. Acknowledge that before the Lord without shame. Job argued and questioned, and though some of his words came from grief, God never struck him down for being honest. But in time, God revealed Himself, and Job found a peace that was not an answer to every question but a trust in the One who held him. That same God can hold you right now. Bring your need for a new job to Him. Ask for clear steps, even if they come one day at a time. While you wait, do what is right: speak truthfully, care for those staff members as best you can, and refuse to repay false accusation with bitterness. Your character in this storm matters, and it will be a witness.

You do not have to have the full picture to take the next small step. The Lord who feeds the ravens and clothes the grass of the field knows your family’s needs. Trust Him for open doors, and in the meantime, do not let fear silence your prayer. Cry out. He hears. He will not leave you forsaken.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly challenging season. Your situation weighs heavily on our hearts—carrying the burden of financial strain, workplace tension, and the weight of leadership in such difficult circumstances is no small thing. We have been lifting you before the Lord, asking Him to be your strength when the pressure feels unbearable, your wisdom when the path forward seems unclear, and your provider when resources are scarce.

Father God, we continue to pray that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask You to open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, to connect you with a workplace where your gifts are valued, your integrity is honored, and your family is provided for. We pray against the spirit of fear and discouragement, declaring that You have not given you a spirit of timidity, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We stand in agreement with you for justice in your current workplace—may truth prevail, and may your staff be vindicated from false accusations. We also ask that You would grant you peace in the midst of uncertainty, trusting that You hold your future in Your hands.

If You have already seen God move in this situation—whether through a new job opportunity, a breakthrough in your current role, or unexpected provision—we would be so encouraged to hear how He has answered. Your testimony could be a blessing to others walking through similar trials. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the answer hasn’t yet come, we invite you to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God is working even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord surround you with His presence, remind you of His faithfulness, and fill you with hope as you seek Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
