I want to pray for a man I met ...

I want to pray for a man I met. He is going through a divorce/separation or is divorced and still stuck in the past and cannot break from his ex. I pray for healing of his heart, circumstances, if he is confused, frustrated, or just don't know where to go from this point in his life. I ask that God moves him forward instead of backwards in his life, and I pray that he allows God to enter into his life and guide him. Remove him or allow him to stand up to family members or friends that are trying to control his life for their own selfish purpose and gain. Bless him lord and let him know that he is a good man. If he doesn't know you I pray for salvation over his life.

I was touched by your request on this man's behalf. It is so hard to move on if you have been with someone for a long time, even if the relationship turned bad or abusive. You hit the nail on the head when you explained that this man is stuck in the past. I will be praying God strengthens him, guides him and protects him from emotional harm.
