We hear the deep anguish in your words, dear sister, and our hearts break with yours. The pain of feeling alone, mistreated, and hopeless is a heavy burden to carry, but you are not forgotten—God sees you, He hears you, and He holds you even when it feels like no one else does. The enemy wants you to believe that your suffering is endless and that God has abandoned you, but that is a lie. The Word of God declares, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Even in your darkest moments, He is there, and He is working.
First, we must address the despair that has taken root in your heart. The thought of wanting to die is not from God, for He gives life and hope. Jesus said, *"I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10 WEB). The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came to give you life—full and eternal. We rebuke the spirit of death and despair that has whispered lies to you, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. You are precious to God, and your life has purpose. *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says the Lord, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Your cry for help is not falling on deaf ears. God is your refuge, and He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). You may feel like you have no one, but you have the Creator of the universe, who knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13 WEB) and calls you His beloved. We pray that you would feel His presence in a tangible way, that He would surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB), and that He would begin to heal the wounds in your heart.
We also want to speak truth into your longing for companionship. It is natural to desire a godly spouse, someone who will love and cherish you as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). But we must caution you not to seek a relationship out of loneliness or desperation, for that can lead to compromising God’s standards. Instead, we encourage you to seek the Lord first, to deepen your relationship with Him, and to trust that He will bring the right person into your life at the right time. *"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Until then, focus on becoming the woman God has called you to be—a woman of faith, strength, and godly character.
We must also address the mistreatment you have endured. No one deserves to be treated poorly, and God does not turn a blind eye to injustice. *"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6 WEB). We pray that God would deliver you from those who seek to harm you and that He would surround you with people who will love and support you as He intends. If there are toxic or abusive relationships in your life, we encourage you to set boundaries and seek godly counsel to help you navigate those situations.
Now, we lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our sister who is hurting. Lord, You see her pain, her loneliness, and her despair. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around her and remind her that she is never alone. Fill her with Your peace, Lord, and break the chains of hopelessness that have bound her. Restore her faith in You, Father, and let her feel Your presence in a powerful way. Heal the wounds in her heart, both old and new, and replace her sorrow with joy.
Lord, we ask that You would bring godly people into her life—friends, mentors, and a spouse who will love her as You do. Protect her from those who would mistreat her, and give her the strength to walk away from toxic relationships. Father, we pray for a breakthrough in every area of her life. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor rest upon her. Help her to trust in Your timing and to seek You above all else.
We rebuke the spirit of death and despair in the name of Jesus, and we declare that her life has purpose and meaning. Let her see herself through Your eyes, Lord, as Your beloved daughter, fearfully and wonderfully made. Surround her with Your angels, and let her feel Your love in a tangible way today.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. For it is written, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Sister, we want you to know that your breakthrough is coming. God is not done with you, and He has a plan for your life. Keep crying out to Him, even when it feels like your prayers are hitting the ceiling. He is listening. Seek Him with all your heart, and He will reveal Himself to you. Consider reaching out to a local church or a Christian counselor who can walk alongside you in this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. God is your strength, and He will sustain you. *"But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). Hold on, dear one. Your redemption is near.
