God is more than able to help you to overcome this problem. You should be receiving professional counseling and support. Have you made it known to your family that you are struggling with an eating disorder? If you have not, you should do so quickly! 

God I pray that you would please provide the strength to you child to overcome this problem and provide the support from people that they need.

I don't profess to know it all, but I do know that most people who have an eating disorder have had one or both parents with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). Both of my parents have this disorder and there is no cure for it. Although my father is no longer alive, my mother is and she has scapegoated me all of my life. It got to a point where I had to go No Contact with her four years ago or I would surely have died of a dreadful disease from all of the hell she put me through. Please read all you can about NPD so that you can understand where this eating disorder originated. There are many YouTube videos you can watch on NPD. Other diseases and disorders associated with victims suffering from NPD abuse are autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, Addison's disease and Graves disease, to name just a few. Cancer is also a common occurrence of victims who have suffered from NPD. May God bless you and I will pray for you.
