Dear God,
I pray for this person as he is clearly reaching out for help about his sexual behaviors. Lord, I ask that you help him understand that the first thing he needs to do is to stop his rituals by addressing his thoughts and actions. I pray that you will open doors to show him there are many support groups to help him identify how he can change his behavior. God, I also ask that you help him while he learns to reject the places that take him into his thoughts and show him how to build healthy boundaries in his thoughts. In the bible it says, "
My child, don't ignore it when the Lord disciplines you, and don't be discouraged when he corrects you" (Hebrew 12:5) With that Lord, let this person bring the energy he uses in his sexual thoughts and turn that energy into new rituals of healthy emotional boundaries, physical, sexual and certainly spiritual. Lord, I pray that he may take this and little bit of information and make a list of all the good things in his life, write down all the triggers that bring him to his sexual thoughts, and how to overcome a negative thought by making new positive ways of thinking. Just remember that,"
