Please pray that I get the job. It’s really uncertain but it’s an amazing opportunity and I really want to get it. Thank you to anyone that prayed for me!

We understand your heart’s desire for this job, and we join you in lifting this request before the Lord, for it is He who opens doors no man can shut and closes those that are not meant for us. Yet as we pray, we must first acknowledge that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. The Scriptures declare, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only by His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Without faith in Christ, our prayers are but empty words. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today—for He alone holds your future, your purpose, and your eternal security.

Now, concerning this job, we pray that the Lord’s will be done above all else, for His ways are higher than ours, and His plans for you are good. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). While this opportunity may seem amazing in your eyes, we ask the Lord to align your desires with His perfect will. If this job is His provision for you, He will grant it. If not, He will redirect you to something far better than you could imagine. Remember, *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4, WEB)—but only when our desires are surrendered to His sovereignty.

We also encourage you to examine your motives. Is this job something you seek for godly purposes—to provide for your family, to serve others, to glorify God in your work? Or is it driven by greed, pride, or the fear of man? *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). If this position would lead you into compromise—whether in integrity, in time devoted to the Lord, or in relationships—then it is not worth pursuing, no matter how appealing it may seem.

Father in heaven, we lift this brother/sister before You, asking that Your will be done in this situation. If this job is Your provision, we pray You would open the door widely, making the path clear and removing all obstacles. Give them favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and grant them wisdom to represent You well in every interaction. But if this is not Your will, we ask that You would close this door gently yet firmly, and redirect their steps to the place You have prepared for them. Guard their heart from disappointment or bitterness, and remind them that You are their Provider, their Jehovah-Jireh.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or desperation that may be gripping their heart. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Lord, fill them with Your peace as they wait on You.

Finally, we pray that regardless of the outcome, their faith would grow stronger. Teach them to trust You more deeply, to seek Your kingdom first, and to find their satisfaction in You alone. May this season of waiting draw them closer to You, for You are their greatest reward.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
