In a human body, we have two main types of blood cells: white blood cells and red blood cells.
White blood cells are part of the immune system and help fight infections. A decrease in white blood cells, known as leukopenia, can occur due to various reasons such as viral infections, autoimmune disorders, certain medications, or bone marrow problems. This decrease can make the body more susceptible to infections.
Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body and returning carbon dioxide to the lungs for exhalation. An increase in red blood cells, known as polycythemia, can happen due to factors like living at high altitudes, smoking, or certain medical conditions like polycythemia vera. This increase can make the blood thicker and potentially lead to complications like blood clots.
If you have concerns about changes in your blood cell counts, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
I prayed for this. In Jesus Name. Amen.
