2.AVOID WORRIES
3.EAT SMALL MEALS(divide your main meal in to smaller quantity.
4.Regularice eating habits
5.Avoid spicy food.
6.While sleeping,do not sleep flat,elevate your head with 1or 2 pillows (propped up)
7.Read some books that deviate from your worries.
8.Most of all converse with GOD.
You really will feel better.

I do all of that except antacid, because i avoid medicines in general. Pray if i should take it. I relized i must have higher pillow. Thanks for your prayers.

I would like to sleep, i had not slept well for long because of attacks on my diggestion and breathing.

Depression is caused mainly by a scattered mind; a person cannot control their thoughts and thus are constantly bombarded with negative past thoughts. The Word of God (The Tree of Life, Light, Love, Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge) tells us to "Go to Now", which is found in James 4:13; meaning we are to live in the present. Also we are told in the Bible to think on these things, which are found in Phil 4:8-9:
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you."
There is a technique that can teach you how to control your mind's eye and stop the internal dialogue when you need to; if so led go to my website, found below, and email me back for a step by step technique on how to accomplish living in the "NOW". Put in subject "NOW". In the mean time read Psalm 91, 103 and the first four verses of Psalm 68 each night before sleep or anytime you feel depressed or any evil influence.
Remember what you allow yourself to think, see, hear, say and do literally set into motion Almighty God’s creative powers that form the matrix of life’s reality you find yourself now walking whether good or bad; so knowing this practice each day focusing your whole attention on your movements whether thoughts, sight, sounds, words or deeds, doing that which is good, positive and constructive.

The Daniel Project was playing on Netflix and can be found on Face book; this documentary will open the eyes of some skeptics concerning the Word of God, prophecies fulfilled and Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, the Messiah.
If you do not know Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, the Messiah, as your personal savior, yet believe He is Lord, was born of the Virgin Mary, died for your sins, arose from the dead the third day and is now at the right hand of Almighty God, then if so lead say this simple prayer to be saved and have eternal life in the Kingdom of God and not be Judged for sins truly repented.
Jesus loves you and is calling you.
“Hear Oh Israel the Lord our God is one Lord and blessed is the Glory of the Lord from His place; Precious Jesus the Christ of Nazareth please forgive me my sins and come into my heart and life forever Amen.”
