I suffered a nervous breakdown during the second year of my PhD training at ###. A number of non-life threatening but very embarrassing symptoms that have caused me severe emotional distress and left me in a state of deep anxiety and depression. The doctors said that once I begin menstruating again my health problems will start to resolve. Please pray that I have my period soon and that these health problems go away so I can enjoy a healthy lifestyle again and be a contributing member of society!
