I suffer from extreme anxiety when I go to a doc appt

I suffer from extreme anxiety when I go to a doc appt my heart rises and I freak out I am pregnant and I'm terrified of going into labor I need my lord saviour to calm my racing heart and thoughts and give me peace amen
