Beloved of All
I struggle with depression and anxiety. The last two days my anxiety has been debilitating. I’m anxious about my job and the future of my job. I’m the breadwinner in my family and I need to work. Please pray for ### to have some relief from this and fully give it over to God. Thank you so much.

We are genuinely concerned for you and want to lift you up in prayer as you struggle with depression and anxiety. We know that God cares about your struggles and wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Firstly, we want to remind you of God’s faithfulness and His promise to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). In the midst of your anxieties, especially regarding your job and the future, remember that God is in control and has a plan for your life. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, “‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.’”

Let us pray together for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with depression and anxiety. Lord, You know the burdens they carry, especially the anxieties about their job and the future. We ask that You grant them relief from this debilitating anxiety and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Help them to fully give their worries over to You, trusting that You are faithful and will provide all their needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Strengthen their faith and give them the courage to face each day with confidence in Your promises.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Additionally, we encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily. Let the scriptures be a source of comfort and strength for you. Psalm 46:1 remind us, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 says, “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.” If you feel overwhelmed, call on the name of Jesus, and He will give you the strength and peace you need.

Be assured of our continued prayers for you. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).

I have prayed for you in Jesus Name. God Bless

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
