I still have a difficult time overcoming my habit of masturbation. I need so many prayers to get over this. I always pray, but I come short because I am indeed a sinful person. I am a Christian, and I know I need to stop this because it is lust of the flesh. "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." And that certainly applies to me. I want to stop, but my flesh doesn't. It's so frustrating. Thank you for the prayers.

Although it feels like a very difficult struggle to overcome temptation, know that the strength of your Faith can give you power above all that is human. For it is directly from your Lord.

Let not the guilt you feel from your weakness steal your hope or make you feel worthless but rather make it a driving force to become stronger in will power.

Remember He created you and He can see your struggle, and each time you choose Him imagine how great of a reward awaits you, compared to temporary bodily satisfaction.

May God bless you forever and always, although the fact that you are asking for His help at this time tells me He already has blessed you and will continue doing so. I will pray for this again tonight. Amen
