I started a new job in July and initially I thought I could work with this company, that I could pick up the structure and make inroads into building their software. But every day seems like a step backwards, there is no documentation and the only fellow who is knowledgeable is never around. I am truly unhappy and I am asking for prayer for clarity and to show me direction. I can't openly quit because I wouldn't get any unemployment insurance, but I am struggling nothing makes sense.
