I sometimes have a problem when trying to pray, I can't

I sometimes have a problem when trying to pray, I can't concentrate my mind is all over. Can you please help me pray over this.

Dear Lord, I come before You today seeking Your guidance and strength. I find it challenging to focus my mind during prayer, and I feel scattered and distracted. Please help me to quiet my thoughts and center my heart on You. Grant me the peace and clarity to fully engage in this sacred time with You. May Your presence fill my mind and soul, allowing me to connect with You more deeply. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Remember: Pray constantly. Pray persistently. Pray without ceasing. But whatever you do, “Do Not Ever Stop Praying” (1 Thess. 5:17). Pray that God will give you a praying spirit.
