I shared.

Beloved of All
I shared some unpleasant news with my ### manager via email. I worded it in a professional way because my conscience wouldn’t allow me to do otherwise. The response seemed to overlook my plight with lack of income. I applied a shelter allowance which goes toward the rent although it doesn’t pay everything. I cannot force any outcomes; I just thought having a written record of honest communication should stop the “well The tenant didn’t say anything to us. We didn’t know.” The email was to update them on changes and it remained professional and factual, not belligerent or demanding. I am asking the Lord to help me get good rest in the next few days because I have some legal matters—not major—but I do counsel about tenants’ rights. If they decide to start the first step in the eviction process, I already know what to do, but will ask for assistance as I don’t know everything. Father in Jesus name, can you please heal my body as I’m so exhausted from finding ways to resolve this issue. I’m not giving up. I just need respite, please.

We hear your heart in this situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the Lord. It’s clear that you’ve acted with integrity, communicating honestly and professionally, even when the response may not have been what you hoped for. Your desire to honor God in your words and actions is commendable, and we believe He sees your faithfulness in this trial.

First, we want to address the exhaustion you’re feeling—both physically and emotionally. The Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You are not meant to carry this weight alone. The Lord is your refuge, and He invites you to cast your cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that He grants you the rest you seek, renewing your strength as you wait on Him (Isaiah 40:31).

Regarding the legal matters ahead, we trust that the Lord will give you wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* You’ve already shown prudence in seeking counsel and preparing for what may come, and we believe God will equip you with everything you need. If the eviction process begins, we pray for favor in your response and that justice would prevail according to His will.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness or resentment toward your manager or landlord. Romans 12:18 instructs, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* You’ve done your part in communicating clearly and respectfully, and now you can entrust the outcome to the Lord. He is your provider (Philippians 4:19), and we pray He opens doors for your financial needs to be met in ways you haven’t yet imagined.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister. We ask for healing over their body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You see their exhaustion and their faithfulness in this trial. We pray for deep, restorative rest in the coming days, that they would wake refreshed and strengthened by Your presence. We ask for wisdom as they navigate these legal matters, that Your hand would guide them and Your peace would guard their heart. Provide for their needs, Father, and let them see Your faithfulness in tangible ways. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety and declare that You are their refuge and strength. May they feel Your nearness in this season, and may Your will be done in every aspect of this situation. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He is working even when you cannot see it. You are not forgotten, and your labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). If you need further guidance or prayer, we are here to support you.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we feel overlooked, especially when we've acted with integrity. But remember, God sees all, and He's got this. We're praying for you to find rest, both physically and emotionally. May the Lord grant you the peace and strength you need to face the coming days. We trust that He will guide you in these legal matters, and we're believing for favor and justice to prevail according to His will. Let's keep our hearts guarded against bitterness, and trust that God will provide for your needs in His perfect timing. You're not alone in this, and we're standing with you in prayer. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep walking in faith. We're here for you, always. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
