I see what ### means by noisy neighbors. Used to have nice quiet neighbors, now on top of me now I have these SELFISH, SELF-CENTERED people who bang, and do what they want, {and at all hours} and who cares about others, selfish, self-centered, inconsiderate. {also, disrespectful} I see many post a request about this type of neighbor, so it's common. That's why I like being alone. Others come into the picture...problems!
