Beloved of All
I recommended 2 Hal Lindsey books a while back. I also want to recommend, if you take car trips, in the drawer in the motel room, the Gideons Bible. It's not just a Bible, but breaks down inspirational verses for specific situations, like, in the pages before the Bible starts, "courage in time of fear," and tells you what book chapter and verse applies. Also, Dynamic Scriptures, the creation of man, the New Heaven and Earth, etc. When I took car trips, one of the first things I would do when I got settled in the room was look for the Gideons Bible. I recommend it. Also, Foxes Book of Martyrs. Although some of it might seem gruesome, how Christians got martyred, it can be inspirational, giving us strength when we see how these people when suffering the tortures of evil people stayed strong in the faith unto death. Thirdly, I recommend a movie called "The Apostle" with Robert Duvall, about a fiery, completely committed pastor. I recommend all of these, along with the Hal Lindsey books, I think they all could improve our walks in the faith.
