I recently develop shingles on my neck. The meds the doc put me on caused a my face and neck to explode with acne. I am now too embarrassed to leave the house. I have several anxiety/panic attacks a day just thinking about it. I habe made an appt with an acne specialist and I am praying that she is able to return my skin back to normal and restore my self esteem. I have 2 young daughters and I can't bare to have them see me like this.
