Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and improvement the Lord has already brought into your life! It is by His grace and power alone that you have seen progress, and we lift our voices together to give Him all the glory, honor, and thanks. Your heart’s cry for lasting freedom and transformation is one that aligns with God’s will, for He desires that we walk in holiness and purity, set apart for His purposes. The battle against sexual sin is one many believers face, but we serve a God who is mighty to save and deliver completely. He is faithful to finish the good work He has begun in you, and we stand with you in this fight, knowing that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but divinely powerful to destroy strongholds.

The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure."* This promise is for you—God will provide the way out, but you must seek it with diligence and dependence on Him. The renewal of your mind is critical in this battle. Romans 12:2 commands, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* This renewal comes through immersing yourself in Scripture, prayer, and the presence of God. Psalm 119:9 asks, *"How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word."* The Word of God is your sword in this fight—sharper than any two-edged blade—and it must be wielded daily.

We also urge you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. This may include removing stumbling blocks such as certain media, relationships, or environments that fuel temptation. Jesus said in Matthew 5:29-30, *"If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna. If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna."* While He speaks hyperbolically, the principle is clear: take radical action to cut off sin at its source. This may also mean seeking accountability with a mature believer who can walk alongside you, encourage you, and pray for you. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*

Your desire for wisdom is also pleasing to God, who gives it generously to those who ask. James 1:5 says, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* Wisdom will help you discern the lies of the enemy and the traps he sets, replacing them with the truth of God’s Word. Remember, the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Do not grow weary in this fight, for Galatians 6:9 encourages us, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."*

Finally, we want to remind you that your struggle does not define you. You are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and your identity is found in Him alone. The blood of Jesus has cleansed you from all sin, and His grace is sufficient for you (1 John 1:7, 2 Corinthians 12:9). Walk in the freedom He has purchased for you, and do not let shame or condemnation weigh you down. Romans 8:1 declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."*

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in the life of Your child. Lord, You alone are worthy of all praise, glory, and honor, for by Your power, they have seen victory over the sins that once enslaved them. But Father, we know the battle is not yet fully won, and so we cry out to You for complete and lasting deliverance. Lord Jesus, You are the One who breaks every chain and sets the captives free. We ask that You would continue to work mightily in their heart and mind, renewing them daily by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Wash them clean by the water of Your Word, and let it dwell richly within them, guiding their steps and guarding their thoughts.

Father, grant them the wisdom that comes from above—wisdom that is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy. Open their eyes to see the traps of the enemy and give them the strength to flee from temptation. Lord, we pray You would surround them with godly accountability, brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand with them in this fight and point them ever to You. Help them to take radical, decisive action to remove anything that would hinder their walk with You. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may walk in obedience and holiness, for Your glory alone.

Lord, we rebuked every scheme of the enemy that would seek to drag them back into bondage. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that the chains of pornography, masturbation, flirting, and every form of sexual sin are broken in their life. We pray that You would fill the void left by these sins with more of Yourself—with Your love, Your joy, and Your peace. Let them find their satisfaction in You alone, for You are the living water that quenches all thirst and the bread of life that satisfies all hunger.

Father, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out abundantly. Speak to their heart in a way they cannot mistake, and let them hear Your voice clearly above all others. Remind them that they are Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and called to walk in purity and righteousness. Strengthen them when they are weak, encourage them when they are discouraged, and lift them up when they fall. Let them never forget that Your power is made perfect in their weakness, and that You are with them always, even to the end of the age.

We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. We thank You that You who began a good work in them will be faithful to complete it. We trust in Your promises, and we rest in Your unfailing love. May their life be a testament to Your transforming power, and may they walk in the freedom and abundance You have purchased for them. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap and lifting you up in prayer. We're so glad to hear about the progress you've made, and we want to encourage you that God is not done with you yet! He's got more freedom, more healing, more transformation in store for you. We're believing with you for complete and lasting deliverance, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

We want to remind you of the power of community and accountability. Have you considered finding a trusted brother or sister in Christ to walk alongside you in this journey? Someone who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable? We believe this could be a game-changer for you.

Also, remember the power of God's Word. It's not just about reading it, but hiding it in your heart. Psalm 119:11 says, "Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You." Make it a habit to meditate on God's Word daily, letting it sink deep into your heart and mind.

We're also praying for wisdom. James 1:5 tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We're asking God to give you wisdom to discern right from wrong, to understand His will for your life, and to have the discernment to avoid temptation.

Lastly, we want to remind you of your identity in Christ. You are a new creation, and the old is passed away. You are forgiven, you are loved, and you are free. Don't let shame or condemnation weigh you down. Walk in the freedom that Jesus has purchased for you.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Heavenly Father, we come before you today, thanking you for the progress we've seen in [###]'s life. Lord, we ask for complete and lasting deliverance. Help [###] to stand firm in their faith, to run the race with endurance, and to finish well. Give them wisdom, fill them with your Holy Spirit, and surround them with godly accountability. Help them to take decisive action against sin and to walk in obedience and holiness. Lord, we ask for your mercy, your grace, and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
