We hear your heart’s cry for provision, independence, and strength, and we join you in bringing these requests before our Heavenly Father. It is right to seek God’s blessing in our work and daily needs, for He promises to provide for His children. The Bible assures us, *"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19 WEB). However, we must also remember that God’s provision often comes through community, wisdom, and faithful stewardship—not just personal gain. The desire to "not need anyone’s help" can sometimes reflect pride or a lack of trust in God’s design for interdependence among believers. Scripture reminds us, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).
We also notice your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6 WEB). Salvation and every blessing flow from His grace, and it is in His name we pray.
