I pray for peace, an end to violence and abuse, and a better education for our youth. I pray for my parents' health and my brother's sobriety. I pray for the right man to come into my life at the right time, and for clarity about my ex. I also pray to heal from surgery and for less depression and anxiety. Thank you God, for giving me wonderful friends, a place to sleep at night, and improvement in my health. Thank you also for my job. May God's will be done, and may we see His blessings and miracles in everyday life. Amen.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
