I noticed a situation that some of you may have dealt

I noticed a situation that some of you may have dealt with also, and I'm not sure what's happening here.Jesus says,"He who the father draws to me, no man can take away."It's also stated,"Let he who is filthy be filthy still."Meaning,God knows beforehand who will be saved or not.But I've noticed something that seems in between those 2 truths.I've seen 2 or 3 relatives who looked like they were "spiritually waking up"I thought they were on their way, but it was just a "flash" that lasted for a month or so, than they went back to their unsaved ways, sometimes even further back then before the "hopeful moment".But I don't understand exactly what happened, if God draws them, doesn't that mean He's selected them, and if they were destined to remain unsaved, wouldn't they have stayed spiritually blind, not had a temporary "wake up call"then fall back?What's actually happening here?

Word of god says My sheep will hear my voice 

God I hand over steven to u Lord touch n bless him fill him with WISDOM N KNOWLEDGE help him to understand ur WORD clearly remove all his doubts n bless him with PEACE in JESUS MIGHTY NAME I PRAY. . AMEN 

Steven Word also says the seed which was fallen among the thorns they received the word gladly but the worries of this world chocked them in the same way Word clearly tells us that God never wanted to loose a single soul never ever so he gives chance to everyone of them though he knows will they be saved or not but still as per word everyone's ears will hear the gospel k dont keep any doubt in ur heart ask God to reveal things to u n believe he is faithful to reveal k bye
