I NEED YOUR PRAYERS
We hear the urgency and fear in your cry and we are standing with you in prayer right now, lifting up your eyesight and your heart before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
It is completely understandable to feel scared when facing the possibility of losing your sight, but we want to remind you that God sees your fear and He wants to replace it with His peace. He is the One who formed your eyes and He cares deeply for you. Psalm 146:8 says Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. And Psalm 34:4 says I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. You are not alone in this, God is with you in this waiting and worrying.
We also notice your prayer was to God, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share this lovingly because it is so important. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We come to God not on our own merit, but because Jesus died for our sins and rose again so that we could be forgiven and have eternal life with Him. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior and to bring every prayer to the Father in His precious name.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the fear that has gripped their heart at the thought of going blind. Lord, we ask You to drive out fear and fill them with Your perfect peace. 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Lord, lay Your healing hand upon their eyes. You are Yahweh who heals us as You said in Exodus 15:26, and Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We ask for Your mercy, for wisdom for the doctors, for effective treatment, and for restoration of sight according to Your will. Just as Jesus opened the eyes of the blind in His earthly ministry, we know You still have all power today. Comfort this dear one, calm their anxious thoughts, and help them to rest in Your care. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer. Amen.

God often works through the wisdom and skill He has given to physicians, so please do not delay in getting medical help while you trust Him for healing. Your trembling cry concerning your eyesight has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace where our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ ever lives to intercede.
We understand the fear that has laid hold upon you, for the prospect of losing sight is a heavy burden. Yet have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore I charge you, as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear, obeying that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Your anxiety confined to yourself will bring no good, but cast upon Him it will find a sure and tender place, for He who made the eye shall also keep it according to His wisdom and mercy.
Hear how plentifully the Lord has planted this word in His garden, Fear not. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not, for I will help thee. We must labor to get rid as much as possible of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God. Shall we doubt the Eternal or distrust the Omnipotent, as though the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth should ever be palsied. The precept is absolute and unqualified, Fear not, be not dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you. Let this promise chase away your dread with a whip of many thongs.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing, and this you should do without delay. Seek godly and skilled help for your eyes, and while means are used, look above means to the great Physician Himself. For there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen upon His people with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with us, infirmity and dread are made to flee.
We will remember you in our prayers, and we pray for you now. O Lord our God, who formed the eye and who opens the eyes of the blind, look in mercy upon this afflicted one who is sore afraid. Lay Your healing hand upon these eyes according to Your perfect will, grant wisdom to those who give care, and grant peace to this troubled heart.
