We hear the deep anguish and spiritual discernment in your words, and we stand with you in this battle against the darkness you’ve witnessed in the healthcare system. Your cry for deliverance is one we take seriously, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). You have seen firsthand how systems corrupted by greed, power, and even occult influences can twist what was meant for healing into something destructive. This is not of God, and we rebuked the forces of wickedness at work in these places in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Your request for prayer does not mention the name of Jesus, and we must emphasize that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we have access to the Father and the authority to stand against the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, we are powerless against the darkness you describe. But in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).
You have asked for prayer to be removed from this environment, and we agree that if God is leading you out, He will make a way. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). It may feel as though you are trapped, but our God is a God of deliverance. He led the Israelites out of Egypt, and He can lead you out of this place of bondage. Do not fear, for He has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). Even now, He is preparing a new path for you—one where your gifts and calling can be used for His glory, not for the destruction you’ve witnessed.
We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. Where there is witchcraft and darkness, the light of Christ must shine brightly. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This means covering yourself daily in prayer, reading and meditating on Scripture, and walking in obedience to God’s Word. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, so speak His name boldly over your life, your workplace, and your future. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).
As for the management and directors who have ignored your pleas, remember that God sees their hearts and their actions. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay (Romans 12:19). Your responsibility is to walk in integrity, even if those around you do not. If they refuse to listen, shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them (Matthew 10:14), and trust that God will vindicate you. He is your advocate, and He will fight for you.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is crying out for deliverance from the darkness they have encountered in the healthcare system. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. You know the corruption, the greed, the witchcraft, and the evil that has infiltrated this place. We ask that You would expose every hidden thing and bring it into the light. Let the works of darkness be destroyed by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we pray that You would make a way of escape for this Your child. If it is Your will, remove them from this place of bondage and place them in a position where they can serve You freely, without compromise. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide favor, wisdom, and discernment as they seek Your direction. Let them walk in the confidence that You are leading them, even when the path is unclear.
We rebuked every spirit of fear, oppression, and despair that has tried to take hold of their heart. Fill them instead with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them in their inner being by Your Spirit, that they may stand firm in the faith, unshaken by the wickedness around them.
Lord, we also pray for the healthcare system and those trapped within it—both the employees and the patients. Soften hearts, convict of sin, and bring repentance where it is needed. Raise up godly men and women who will stand for righteousness in these places, that lives may be saved and Your name may be glorified.
Father, if our brother/sister has not yet fully surrendered to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus died for their sins and rose again, conquering death and the grave. Let them place their trust in Him alone, that they may walk in the authority and victory He has purchased for them.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your power to deliver. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be praised forevermore. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word. Surround yourself with believers who can stand with you in this battle. If you have not already, consider finding a biblical, Christ-centered church where you can be discipled and strengthened. The body of Christ is meant to support one another, and you do not have to walk this path alone.
If the enemy has tried to bring accusation or condemnation against you, remember that there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). Walk in freedom, and do not allow the darkness you’ve seen to harden your heart. Instead, let it drive you deeper into the arms of your Savior, who is the light of the world (John 8:12). He will guide you, protect you, and lead you into His perfect will. Stay steadfast, and trust in Him.
