I need wisdom to deal with something. We read of Jesus healing the sick, even raising the dead, because the power of God goes through the body, and pushes the devils' afflictions out. Understood. Other things, I can have faith how to understand. But my problem is something not mentioned in the Bible under Jesus' healing, so I wonder how, exactly, it would apply. Getting rid of annoying people. The Bible says, "He went around healing all manner of sicknesses." But I never read someone came to Him to get rid of a nuisance. Is that covered, as a deliverance? Those who say, it's my responsibility, remember, you don't answer, they call again, they text, you block their number, they call from a different number. "Pest Control" kills insects, but {unfortunately} won't spray human pests. Need wisdom to see where annoying people are covered under deliverance, not just physical problems.

Have you ever thought about the annoying Scribes and Pharisees that were always testing and trying to hinder Jesus all the time? Have you ever considered sharing Jesus with these people? We share Jesus with our friends and pretty soon we don't see or hear from them as much. I get annoying calls and texts from scammers and I decided to share Jesus with them, now they don't bother me much at all

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart

Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Actually, 1 or 2 of them that try to take advantage of me claim to be Christians, so if I bring that up, they might just see it as a conversation piece, and it won't repel them.

What do they say and how do they try to take advantage of you? Maybe you just need to combat them with the Word of God

Well, one of them is a manipulator, she'll orchestrate things in a way that makes it look like she's helping, but is looking to cover herself. {I'm not the only one who notices this} The other, she does things in a way that sets herself up for defeat, then considers others "responsible" for solving her problems. (But doesn't change, and at times when you can't help her, keeps "pushing" it.)

You could give them what I post as help, pray for them to be helped by God in a mighty way and then refuse to think about them, their life as it is part of your life. Jesus does tell us not to think about our lives so you could just help them as unto Jesus and not think about it. You didn’t really give any specific details of how they are or what exactly they do or say if you bring up Jesus etc.
