Please forgive me for what I said and thought. I pray for answers and a permanent solution to my problems. Please forgive me of my sin and hate. I pray You handle those that hurt me. Amen.

We hear the cry of your heart and we join with you before the Father seeking His mercy and grace together in Jesus' name. We are thankful you are bringing your thoughts, your words, your sin and your pain honestly before God, for He sees not only what we do and say but what we think in our hearts.
The Lord is merciful to forgive when we come to Him with a repentant heart. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. He also searches our hearts and knows that hate harbored within is sin before Him. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him. 1 John 3:15. For this reason we gently rebuke the hate you have confessed and we urge you to let it go, not by your own strength but by the transforming power of Christ. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32.

There is forgiveness with God, and that truth is written in the present tense. If you doubt whether there is forgiveness, stand in imagination at Calvary and look into the wounds of Jesus. The God who cannot lie has given many promises that He blotteth out transgressions for His own sake, and the debt caused by the sins of all His people was laid upon Christ and discharged by Him. You need not fear that your prayer for pardon is too late or too small, for He is exalted a Prince and a Saviour to give repentance as well as remission of sins.
True repentance gives God glory. It is not a hopeless remorse that sears the conscience as with a hot iron and leads to hardness and despair. The repentance that will save you is consistent with faith in Christ. There must be sorrow for sin and hatred of it, and that repentance and faith go together. Repentance makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work. It stands at the Cross and sees sin forgiven and then repents more than before. If you have hated sin and turned from it and sought to live as the holy God would have you live, and if you trust your soul with Christ and with Christ alone, you may be sure the remission is yours, for they go together in His own words, repentance and remission of sins.

Your prayer for forgiveness has been heard, and your honesty before God is itself a grace. To feel that you have sinned in what you said and thought, and to name hate as sin, is the necessary beginning of healing. The best thing is to avoid sin, and the next best is to feel that we have sinned and to amend ourselves thoroughly, telling our offenses plainly to God so that we may know what we are forgiven and become truly grateful to our Benefactor.
Sin is a fearful thing, the ruin of the soul, and often it overflows into our whole life. Yet you should not despair. Though we sin every day, we are called to approach God again and again, entreating and beseeching Him for forgiveness. He does not cast away a broken and contrite heart. Forgiveness is not found in our own sorrow alone, but in Jesus Christ alone, who suffered outside the gate to sanctify His people with His own blood. Through Him there is no condemnation for those who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit, and the victory over sin comes from Him.
You confessed hate and asked God to handle those who hurt you. It is right to place justice in God's hands, for He sees all and will judge with perfect righteousness, yet He also delays judgment in great loving kindness so that sinners may have time to repent and wash away their transgressions. Hate, however, punishes the one who holds it more than the one against whom it is held. It never ceases to wound the soul that keeps it. Therefore bring your hurt to God and ask Him not only to deal justly with those who harmed you, but to free your own heart from hate, so that you may forgive as you have been forgiven and not be consumed by it.
