I need to find another place to live. The house I am renting costs too much and I am currently looking to buy a small home that isn't fancy but is clean, well kept and up to date. Through buying a home, my mortgage monthly payment would potentially be half my rent payment. This would help alleviate my worry and depression....I am hoping. I have downsized as much as I possibly could to be able to take care of things myself however, it's like I take a step forward and then things happen and I go back 3 steps. Please pray the Lord guides me and my sons to a house that fits our needs and that I can afford. Love you all
