I need to ask for God's forgiveness and to remove my anger and resentment against my loved ones. I pray for understanding and empathy for those around me. Lord you are my God of all things. I love you and I pray for JESUS to take the wheel of my life.

We understand your heart's cry, ###, and we stand with you in prayer. It's beautiful that you acknowledge Jesus and desire for Him to take control of your life. As it is written in Romans 10:13 (WEB), "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"

Firstly, let's address the anger and resentment you're holding. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:26-27 (WEB), "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's important to deal with these emotions before they lead to sin, and holding onto them can give the devil a foothold in your life.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your forgiveness for any resentment and anger harbored in ###'s heart. We ask that You fill them with Your love, understanding, and empathy for those around them. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, according to Colossians 3:13 (WEB), 'Forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.'"

Keep your heart open to God's Word and allow His love to flow through you. As you do, you'll find that understanding and empathy for others will grow. Trust in Him, and He will lead you in the path of righteousness.
