I need protection fast! The jack russel terrier who kills my beloved cat neighbirs is espcapeed from his rope-- but horrofyingly i saw him go to my other neighbor 's fence and under her house, who is satanic, and threatened to kill me and my dog, a few years ago! I went "with" his owner, but, the dog is either stuck or can 't come out! the jack russel 's owner could afford to get a heat pump guy to go under there, but never said he would! i feel God put me on earth to help animals, so i am so sad! i have been sick-- this hurts! Pray hard for me and no cats killed!
