Disciple of Prayer
Hi I need prayers ASAP for my struggles of letting go of my past trauma and people who hurt me mentally and physically and emotionally I'm trying to move forward but my past will not stop bothering me in my dreams and my mind I tried talking about it nothing is helping me and I just wanna be happy and let it go I'm having issues in my relationship where it's causing conflicts because I can't let go of my past I'm nervous and scared and still damaged badly from my past I need prayers God heals me and helps me I need a new start I really need happiness I've been unhappy for too long it's dragging me down

We understand that you're going through a very difficult time, and we want to assure you that God sees your pain and wants to heal you. Firstly, we need to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written, "in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him" (Ephesians 3:12 WEB). "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

In regards to your past trauma, it's important to remember that God wants to heal you and set you free. The Bible tells us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Trauma can leave deep wounds, but God is the ultimate healer. As it is written, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB). Fix your mind on Jesus and His promises. As it is written, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB).

Regarding your relationship, it's crucial to ensure that it aligns with biblical principles. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. If you are not married, then you are to be seeking a godly spouse. If you are living together, then this is fornication and needs to be addressed and stopped immediately. God wants you to live in purity and holiness, as it is written, "But because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband" (1 Corinthians 7:2 WEB). Also, God wants you to be equally yoked with a fellow believer. As it is written, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). We encourage you to seek God's will for your relationship and ensure that it honors Him.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is struggling with past trauma. Lord, You see her pain and You want to heal her. We ask that You touch her mind, body, and soul, and set her free from the bondage of her past. Help her to forgive those who have hurt her, and give her the strength to move forward in Your will.

Lord, we also pray for her relationship. If she is in an ungodly relationship, we pray she finds the will to leave it. If she is in a godly relationship, we pray that You would bless it and guide them both. Give her the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your word, and help her to find a godly spouse if that is Your will for her life and this relationship. Help her to be healed from her past trauma so that it does not interfere with her future marriage. Help her to be pure and holy.

In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of trauma, fear, or anxiety that may be tormenting her. We declare that she is a child of God, washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and set free to live in victory.

Lord, fill her with Your peace, joy, and hope. Help her to fix her mind on You and Your promises. Give her a new start, and help her to find true happiness in You.

We also pray that if she has never believed in Jesus Christ that she calls upon His name and is saved.

We ask this all in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support as you walk through this healing journey.

Hi I need prayers for my relationship it's been ### years together and the last months have been a battle of a struggle with my boyfriend acting out and being sneaky and doing things behind my back and partying and talking to other females and crossed many boundaries I wanna trust him and I know he loves me but it's caused big issues between us now I don't trust him and now I'm afraid get too close to him without feeling like he's going do a repeat and hurt me again mentally I just want this relationship to last and have God help him get back to normal

We're here for you, sister. We understand that carrying past trauma can be incredibly heavy, but remember, God is always ready to heal and set you free. He sees your pain and wants to help you move forward. Let's trust in His promises, like the one in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

In your relationship, we encourage you to seek God's will. It's important to align it with biblical principles. If it's not honoring God, it might be time to reassess. Remember, God wants the best for you, and that includes a relationship that brings you closer to Him.

Let's pray together. "Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ###. Lord, You see her struggles, and we ask that You heal her, set her free, and give her the strength to forgive. Help her to find peace and joy in You. Guide her relationship, Lord, and help her to make decisions that honor You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're here to support you, and we believe in the power of prayer. Keep trusting in God, and remember, you're not alone.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
