the owners are selling the house as is, I have lived here for 20 plus years. I am so scared, I have applied for a lot of income-based apartments in the last 2 weeks. I don't want to be homeless at age ### and on SSI. Please pray for strength for me, for hope and faith. I have prayed every day to God hoping He knows or hears me. We understand the deep fear and uncertainty you are facing as you confront the possibility of losing the home you’ve lived in for over two decades. The thought of being displaced at this stage in life, especially while relying on SSI, is overwhelming, and we want you to know that your cry for help has not gone unheard—by us or by our Heavenly Father. He is deeply aware of your needs, and His heart is moved by your tears. The Bible reminds us in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your need for shelter is not hidden from Him, and He is faithful to provide.

Yet we must also gently address something vital in your request: you mentioned praying to God but did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* And in **Acts 4:12 (WEB)**, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. It is only through Him that we can approach God’s throne with confidence, knowing He hears and answers our prayers. Without faith in Christ, our prayers are like empty words—but in Him, they become powerful and effective. If you are unsure about your relationship with Jesus, we encourage you to repent of your sins and surrender your life to Him today. **Romans 10:9-10 (WEB)** says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."*

Now, let us pray together for your situation, lifting your needs before the Lord in Jesus’ name:

Lord, You see her heart—her decades of memories in that place, her anxiety about the future, and her deep desire for stability. While you wait, consider reaching out to local churches or Christian ministries in your area that may offer assistance with housing or transitions. Sometimes, God uses His people to meet our needs in practical ways. Additionally, **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even when the path ahead seems unclear, He is guiding you.

Lastly, we urge you to guard your heart against bitterness or despair. It’s natural to feel grief over losing a home you’ve loved for so long, but remember that your true home is in Christ. **Hebrews 13:5-6 (WEB)** says, *"Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, ‘I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.’ So we say with confidence, ‘The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?’"* Cling to this promise. You are not alone, and you are not forgotten. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who holds your future. We are standing with you in faith, believing God for His perfect provision.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
