I need prayer for my husband I fear he is holding resentment

I need prayer for my husband I fear he is holding resentment towards me because I want him to go on a family Christmas trip with my family to Tennessee and he doesn’t want to. I pray he would let go of any bitterness and thoughts of me trying to control him. He told me he wishes he wasn’t married so he didn’t feel obligated to go on these kind of family trips. Lord please open his heart and soften him and let him know I don’t want to control or manipulate him I just want him there with me and our buys because we love him! I know you answer prayers especially relational issues so lord please hear me asking you to step in and change his heart.
