We are truly saddened to hear about your granddaughter's critical condition, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 (WEB): "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we want to address the elephant in the room. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ, or even an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in the entirety of your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. God listens to our prayers because He loves us, but we must also understand that we have the capability to pray to Him because of the sacrifice that Jesus made. When we pray, we should be sure to keep in mind John 14:6. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
In moments like these, it's crucial to remember that God is the ultimate healer.
In Mark 11:24 (WEB), Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." We must stand firm in our faith and believe that God can heal your granddaughter and bring her out of this coma. He has the power to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister's granddaughter to You. Lord, You know the situation, and You know the desperation we feel. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Remove every blockage, restore her heart, and bring her out of this coma. Give the doctors wisdom and guide their hands as they tend to her.
Father, we also pray for her mother and the rest of the family. Grant them peace, comfort, and strength during this challenging time. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness.
Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We believe that You can heal her and bring her back to full health. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In this time of need, cling to God's promises and trust in His goodness.
