I need prayer for God to intervene at my job. I am an psychiatric RN. I work with a person who has been reprimanded by the administration because of the attitude with the patients. This person is passive/aggressive, angry, withdrawn, and disrespectful to me. It makes my already tough work increasingly harder due to the monosyllable replies and the lack of sharing information that I need to have from this person. I have reported the person, now I must wait to see what the administration will do, to remedy the situation.
While I wait, each day is excruciating at work, as my job relies on team work and working together, which this person is not. PLEASE PRAY FOR: God's will, AND a quick and powerful remedy and that I would be given someone who is a team player and who will do the job to the 100 percent capacity needed, with good communication, and a joyful spirit. May God's will, not mine, be done.
