I common sense would be to get off the innernet or at least start urself a new account with an alias name sometimes we can do things to help ourselves i hope my simple advice might help u to take care of ur problem if not find a friend that knows a lot about computers and they can get rid of the problem for u its quite easy if one knows how to do it..i have room mates that r wizzards with computers  they can fix any problem and they r only in their early 20's  God bless u and give u peace
