Repeant Jesus will forgive you of anything you have in your life that is grieving the Holy Spirit.

There is no condemnation in Jesus only  healing and restoration. Your tongues are always with you they cannot be taken away. God loves you. Just repeat and ask God to help you see the truth. Ask God to lead you in truth for in the Bible the truth sets us free. 

Just let your mouth move in your tongue again and keep speaking in tongue everyday whenever you can and your spirit will strengthen. Your tongues will help heal you as you pray in your tongue and seek God with all your heart. Praying, Praising and reading His Word the Bible. Bless you
