Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Your request has been heard and we join you in prayer before our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ our Lord, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we draw near to God.
We pray that God will give you wisdom, and not the wisdom of this world which comes to nothing, but the wisdom from above which is pure and leads to life. May He grant you guidance and strength for every area you have entrusted to Him, and may all be done for His glory.
We pray for your spiritual life and for your service in the Lord, that you may walk in holiness and remain steadfast in faith, attending to the Lord without distraction and growing in every good work.
We pray for your work and business, that God will give you honest labor, moderation and diligence, and that you will use what He provides for good and for the help of others.
We pray for your desire for marriage and family. Marriage is honorable and is ordained by God as the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it preserves holiness by keeping love pure and faithful within that covenant. We pray that the Lord will lead you to a godly wife in His time, and that if He grants this, you will build your home in chasteness, faithfulness and order, inviting Christ first into it.
We pray for your financial needs, that God will provide what is needful and teach you to be a good steward, free from anxiety and greed.
We pray for your relationships and friendships, that they may be rooted in peace with all people and in love that builds up.
We pray for your body and for your physical activity, that you may care for your health with discipline and thankfulness, using your strength to serve God.
We also bring before the Lord your body in its affliction and ask for His mercy and healing according to His will. We pray for your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for your entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the growth in the upper part of the left leg and the growth on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and whole gastrointestinal system. We ask the Great Physician to bring complete healing, to ease pain, to guide those who care for you, and to grant you patience and trust in His goodness whether healing comes at once or through time.
We ask all these things in the holy name of Jesus Christ, that your life in every part may bear fruit for God, and that you may know His support, wisdom, guidance and blessing. Amen.
