I Need More Help Please

Thank you dear lord for making me get through surgery and now recovery. Please help my lungs expand to where they should be. I'm in pain when I laugh, cry, cough, sneeze I hope in time the pain will go away. I cough a lot at times and can't stop - it hurts so bad. I can't take deep breaths yet, I'm so uncomfortable. Also I've been getting visual aura migraines more often. I had them 5 days now with pounding headaches and medication for pain is not working. I had them in puberty, pregnancy last time was 14 yrs ago until march 2014 started again once a month around my period and now 5 days in a week! I don't know what's wrong this is scaring me. Please heal me! Please let me be ok, Please help me through this. Please
